El empresario venezolano H.  ¿Quien es H. DUBRIC?

Algunos datos biográficos del creador del Quinto Sistema Gerencial.

Para nosotros como colaboradores y amantes de la  literatura de H. Dubric, es un tanto halagador  encontrarnos, con un personaje sencillo, de conversación fácil, didáctica, liviana, jocosa y muy lejos de buscar vanagloria.

No está interesado en fotografías, ni en placas, honores o cualquier reconocimiento por la labor desinteresada  que está realizando con sus libros y los múltiples seminarios dictados para la formación del NUEVO EJECUTIVO.

Aclara,  que a las personas no hay que evaluarlas por su currículo,  pues siempre ha definido a este, como una máscara que oculta el don de gente. Por eso es que no coloca nada de él en sus libros.

Como venezolano de nacimiento, expresa su profundo sentir por esta tierra generosa, llena de matices y colores que lo vio nacer,  la cual le ha permitido  desarrollarse  como persona y  profesionalmente. Aportando su grano de arena en el comportamiento conductual del ejecutivo y empresario de hoy.

Por esa razón, quienes estamos interesados  que su obra se conozca, buscamos similitudes de encuentro, para que el lector logre ir despejando sus dudas acerca de este extraordinario escritor de temas gerenciales.

H. Dubric, es hijo de una mujer de campo, venezolana y de un obrero emigrante.  Nació en tierras andinas, el mismo día, mes y año, en que el astrofísico Alan Hulse Russell, llegaba también al mundo.

Desde su infancia fue muy inquieto por los asuntos de la vida, y del por qué de la creación. Compartió con hermanos y hermanas, la escasez de recursos económicos por aquellos tiempos. Esto jamás lo amilanó, más bien lo mantuvo con entusiasmo, y esos días los recuerda con alegría, ya que le sirvieron para ir armando el crucigrama de su existencia.

Nada le impidió seguir adelante y buscar nuevos horizontes, separándose a temprana edad de su familia (19).

Ha sido un estudioso de los grandes clásicos como: Sócrates, Platón, Aristóteles, Homero y también de  Baruch Spinoza, René Descartes, Gottfried Leibniz, Erasmo de Rótterdam, Giordano Bruno, Dante Alighieri, Emmanuel Kant, Goethe, Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra,  Víctor Hugo, Alejandro Dumas, y muchos otros, sin descuidar claro está, lo concerniente a su profesión y a su área de desarrollo que es la GERENCIAL

 Todo esto,  lo  llevó en su adolescencia a convertirse  en observador,  analista y  muy detallista.  Nunca aceptó que  la existencia  fuera un fin, para conseguir sólo satisfacer necesidades externas. Esto lo vio siempre absolutamente absurdo

Fue catalogado en  su juventud, en muchas oportunidades, como irreverente sin serlo, porque  no aceptaba a ultranza los dogmas religiosos, ni políticos imperantes. De lo primero se opuso a los dogmas de fe, y a esa idea fabricada, de un ser antropomorfo, sentado en un trono allá en el “cielo” enviando rayos y centellas, a todos aquellos que estuvieran fuera de su parcela, y  es evidente que se ganó varios conflictos.  De lo segundo, desde su niñez, no compartió la persecución y la violencia del sistema imperante contra los que discrepaban, pues siempre ha sido un amante y defensor de la libertad, bien entendida y del respeto al libre albedrío.

Abril de 1.992 marcó el comienzo como empresario, en las Asesorías Comerciales y los Negocios, como el mismo lo expresa «me hice agente libre»  por las circunstancias imperantes en el país.

En aquel entonces, ya llevaba en su bagaje 17 años de experiencia, en esos muros,  que  la mayoría llama empresa privada. Fue en sus inicios soldado raso –así lo escribe-  escalando en forma rápida, por su conducta y conocimientos adquiridos,  a cargos  relevantes  en grandes compañías, tanto en Venezuela como fuera del país. Siempre, dentro de la dirección del Marketing y la Comercialización.

Su QUINTO SISTEMA DE DIRECCIÓN Y MANEJO DE LA LIBRE INICIATIVA se ha convertido en el único soporte cierto, real, para salir de todas las CRISIS, ya que otorga las herramientas para desarrollar la auténtica VISIÓN ESTRATÉGICA, tan necesaria en estos tiempos difíciles.

Reitera que «Toda Crisis existente en el planeta, llámese: política, Económica, Religiosa, Social, etc., e inclusive las naturales, tiene su raíz en la psiquis del ser humano»
