In the frame of 17th International Book Fair of Pazwhich will be held from August 1st to August 12th in the facilities of the officials’ Circle of the Army COE, UMSA were donated to this important Central Library – the works of the out-standing Venezuelan business H. Dubric, in order that every student, professional, executive, entrepreneur who wants to delve into the proposed of FIFTH Managerial System, they might have access to these books available for their analysis and reflection.

XXI Century Management.

Since 1974, H. Dubricinitiated by himselfin Caracas – Venezuela the formation of the NEW EXECUTIVE. Structuring a series of seminars, which he was dictating little by little in the companies where he was developing as an executive, showing the everlasting mistakes of the orthodox and rigid vocational training, even in the XXI century, it continues for the same untimely rails, turning to the ” business, in a tangle, where it will occur all crimes and other illegal, in breach of every principle” as he has outlined in his books.

And he continued: “It will be very difficult to be supported as a businessman or executive, in this type of political – economic and social climate, which is at the doors, but we must prepare ourselves to achieve it “.

H.
