For the second year will be publicly available from La Paz the works of Venezuelan entrepreneur, business consultant and researcher H. Dubric, who placed the public debate, the formula for the formation of a new executive: "It takes executives and entrepreneurs who know how to think with the heart and feel with the brain, for the times ahead will be increasingly critical." This was one of many postulates issued since 1990 when he wrote his first book Birth of a New Executive (Nacimiento de Un Nuevo Ejecutivo).
